What are we looking for?

Escarmat is looking for people with a great attitude and good hands-on skills. We don’t require previous experience in the industry, as we will provide you with a personalized training period. During this time, you will have the opportunity to develop into an expert in high-tech assembly.

Your background does not determine selection, although technical education or experience is considered an advantage. We are here to support you, because our people always come first.

The work is clean and carried out indoors, requiring focus but not physical strength. Basic Finnish communication skills are enough.

What do we offer?

We offer a permanent employment contract directly with Escarmat Oy. You can work in one or two shifts depending on the location, with flexible working hours on weekdays. Our operations are located in Vaasa and Mustasaari.
