Quality defines all our operations

We operate from the basis of ISO 9001 Quality Management System and ISO 14001 Environmental Management Standard. These standards are certified up to date and our personnel is committed to work according to the standards. We also use Occupational Health and Work Safety System (ISO 45001:2018).

We are also a certified member of Achilles Power & Tech community and a verified holder of ATEX QAN- and IECEx QAR -quality systems. This verification was done by Eurofins Expert Services Oy. In addition to this, we are UL 508A certified.

Continuous commitment to sustainability

Escarmat is committed to the continuous development of its corporate responsibility. Every year, Escarmat undergoes a sustainability assessment conducted by EcoVadis. EcoVadis is a fully independent international organization that has evaluated tens of thousands of companies across various countries.

We have achieved the Bronze level in the assessment, placing us among the top 35 percent of companies in our industry. The evaluated categories include Environment, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement. Escarmat received its highest scores in the Labor & Human Rights category.

Act responsibly – together

In August of 2012 the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) published the final regulations concerning the conflict minerals (3TG-minerals). These regulations are defined and demanded in Dodd–Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act in clause 1502.

Escarmat buys materials from companies who share Escarmat’s values of human rights, ethical actions, and environmental responsibility. We want our supply chain to be sustainable ethically and ecologically. In our purchases we only notice suppliers whose materials are from other than conflict areas.
